The Concept of Art

I have an odd style these days. Just one look at my gallery and you can see the transition from then and now.

Back then, I tried to take 'good' photos. Things that I thought looked professional.

Now I just take photos of things that mean something to me. Hence, the little stories at the bottom lately. Most are true, more or less. And usually the 'she' is me.
I put the stories because I kind of want other people to have a glimpse of why the photos are important to me.

Dunno. Just felt like it was something important to say.

These things:
Finishing one of my novels before I'm 20. Or even finishing one, period.
Following passions even thought it's something I'll never make into a career.
Walking to Walmart at nine pm because I just finished reading a book and 'have' to get the next two.
Buying too much chapstick and using it up too soon.
Spending hours stressing out over one thing only to feel better about it after finishing one small painting.
Making promises, not keeping them, and then beating myself up over it.
Honestly hating when people pay for me.
Being too honest about the things you don't need to hear and then keeping the things that matter to myself.

As for the rest, why not ask and see.
